The Grand Canyon

The ultimate rafting trip in the western USA needs little introduction. The shear distance traveled and scale of the adventure is a life-changing experience for many. Those who cannot spare the time required to go the full distance can leave half way through or join trips in progress at Phantom Ranch, but doing so requires a rigorous hike into or out of the bottom of the Grand Canyon.
