Westwater Canyon of the Colorado River provides a short but worthwhile rafting trip with some of the Colorado’s largest whitewater, culminating with the famous Skull Rapid. The Westwater stretch also has the advantage of never falling too low to float. So Westwater Canyon is a quick solution to those who need a regular whitewater fix. The run is short enough to do in a day but long enough to be stretched into an overnight trip.
